It started off as stock I can't providemyself so I look for other peoples so I can suggest them. The way Ichoose is quite odd, when I see a stock image I have an instant image inmy head of what I could do or create out of that piece of stock. Theimage also has to be crystal clear and easily altered.Anyway, Check them out, I'm sure you'll agree, just click on their deviation. Premades : Nature : Mode

Stock Features 2013 - #01Providing stock to the DA community is maybe one of the most demanding and least rewarding jobs here on DA!Stockers need to put up simple rules, like crediting and providing a link back to where the stock was used.Maybe it's just me, but I think this should be a natural response to do. People have no problems with expressing their gratitude when it comes to any deviations other then stock. Most of the time people comment on stock because it is the stockers rule to do so.A nice piece of recognition for a stocker to get is a DD.These Daily Deviations are sometimes hard to come by.Luckily for us stock providers we have the wonderful ^Elandria and ^PirateLotus-Stock to help keep us motivated with awarding those so desired DD's!Having said this, I would like to finish this journal with some of my personal favorite stocks that really should have a DD notification under their stock photo! For DD consideration...
Not So Traditional Tuesdays #11Sorry about this being a day late! I was out half of the day yesterday, and lost track of time while painting for the rest of it.This little feature is now into the double digits of editions . This wasn't something I that had I planned on doing. Originally this was just a one off article because I was bored one day, and started typing in random search words. A new manip feature and moar!!Hey there folks, let me rid my page of that rant I wrote some days ago and replace it with some beautiful manipulations ----Thinking of how I got into manips... It's been nearly a year. All Jane's fault, of course I like how I'm able to change elements and create sceneries I see in my mind. Well.. almost, because I'm not yet the artist I want to be Once I wondered why is photomanipulation as an art genre so popular on DeviantART, why I get much more feedback on my poor manips than on my best photographs. I still have no answer to that question, it's just that I don't care that much anymore. Moreover, I realize with every new work, be it a manip or a photo (or even stock), that strong connection between photography and digital art. I c
